Wes and I both LOVE smoothies so I brought my blender (thinking we were going to be going to Rhode Island for 3 months) and we have been making smoothies in our hotel room. This picture is from the first time when I didn't think about having a straw for Wes...as you can see he ended up with it all over his face (and forehead) but he thought it was great!

• Went to the Temple with my sister
• Got a new brother (in-law)
• Learned to greater appreciate time spent with family
• Sustained a new Prophet of the Lord
• Went to a Spanish Ward (and wasn't completely lost)
• Made new friends
• Earned my Associates Degree
• Visited family in Colorado and Idaho
• Bought a beautiful New Home
• Experienced Puerto Rico with a toddler
• Got a jump start on my Food Storage
• Took a Cake Decorating class just for fun
• Tried lots of new Recipes
• Fell in love with Sarasota, Florida
• Went to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina (3 times)
• Started a Blog to keep in touch with family

2008 was such a great year for Todd, Wes and I and I'm excited to see what 2009 will bring!

Family Fun

My cousin Laura came down from Idaho with her boy Emmit who is just a few months older than Wes. Michelle and her two kids were there too and all the kids had fun playing together. It was a fun afternoon and I'm glad the boys got to spend some time together and us moms had fun too :)
